Karen Parker, author of Sir Terry Frost RA (1915-2003) A Leamington Lad will take you round places associated with Terry Frost who was born in the town. Karen has studied the artist, gaining an MA in History of Art and also enjoys a good relationship with the Frost family. Terry Frost’s life was interesting from his early days in Leamington Spa, his experience as a prisoner of war, and his pursuance of a career in art. He maintained a lifelong love of Leamington Spa and was generous with his gifts to the people of the town through Leamington Art Gallery & Museum. This Tour is by arrangement with Karen Parker, of intersilient.
The walk is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes on flat ground outside, taking in parts of a canal towpath.
Suitable footwear is advised.
